Founder
Yogesh Karthick, an electrical engineer turned passionate children’s educator, uniquely bridges technical expertise with a profound commitment to social transformation. His initial foray into the automation sector evolved into a tangible dedication to sustainability with the establishment of a solar power installation company in 2013, directly addressing a critical power crisis. This entrepreneurial endeavor not only provided renewable energy solutions but also laid the foundation for his understanding of the interconnectedness of energy, environment, and society.
Driven by the powerful conviction that education is the bedrock of a just and sustainable society, Mr. Yogesh Karthick made a decisive shift to nurturing young minds. His immersion in grassroots realities, collaborating with environmental and social leaders across diverse fields like water conservation, wildlife preservation, organic agriculture, and tribal welfare, provided him with invaluable first-hand knowledge. This experiential learning forms the core of his innovative educational philosophy, one that actively connects classroom learning with real-world social issues and champions a nonviolent approach to fostering understanding and empathy.
